Casa Del Sol is a beautiful waterfront estate on a vast and very private corner lot located on the desirable ocean side of Marathon. The interior includes a new gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and premium dual-fuel appliances. Arches and stone columns capture an old-world charm. All rooms, including bedrooms and baths, are large, airy, and sun-drenched.
On the second floor, at either end of the house, are two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Each master bedroom extends out onto beautiful covered balconies that overlook the waterfront. There is a third bedroom with a king-size bed and a fourth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. These last two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Additionally, there is a Pack and Play and a crib available for our guests.
This home is a 6 bedroom home.
The "Fish Room " offers a 6th bedroom, is detached from the house, and is situated on the waterfront overlooking the dock. This private space includes a bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom with a glass enclosed shower. The main house accomodates 12 guests, and the "Fish Room" increases the capacity to 14 guests. The Fish Room floors are laid with rustic travertine marble. Only guests registered at Casa Del Sol for the week can stay in the Fish Room.


In addition to the chef's kitchen and dining room, there is an expansive living room on the ground floor with comfortable seating for all { at least a dozen }. Additionally on the ground floor are private living quarters which includes a bedroom with a king bed, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and a beautiful living room. This suite may be accessed from within the house or through a private outdoor entrance on the covered porch. There are NO stairs to climb!

A large brick patio and pool area overlook 250' of dock space on the waterside. A covered barbecue area with built-in appliances, including a DCS premium gas grill, power burner, Big Green Egg smoker, and sink, is surrounded by mature landscaping. Propane gas is piped directly to the grilling area, so there is no need for propane tanks and the hassle associated with them. There are tables and chairs on the porch, providing lots of outdoor dining space. It is an inviting setting for family and friends of all ages.
There is ample room in our driveway to park four or five cars and a boat trailer. The dock is large enough for several boats and is equipped with a fish cleaning station and a bait freezer.
Casa del Sol is a family home and was not built or designed as a rental property, and consequently reflects the attention to detail often lacking in today's rental market. Casa del Sol was built and designed by D'asign Source, Marathon's premiere builder \ designer.
Weekly rentals in the Keys {and generally elsewhere } are based on a Saturday-to-Saturday occupancy. Check-in is on Saturday at 4:00 PM, and check-out is on the following Saturday at 9:00 AM. If other times are required \ requested, please advise.

Pups are welcome—they must be approved, and there is a limit of 3. The weekly fees are as follows: 1 pup = $250, 2 pup = $400, 3 pup = $500. Pups must be orderly and cleaned up afterward. Thanks!
