This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen to tend to all of your cooking needs. If you are looking for some relaxation indoors, enjoy the living room with the large flat screen TV. As you kick back and relax on couches you can enjoy the bountiful amount of natural lighting via the large sliding glass doors that overlook the canal. This home also offers a dining area in the kitchen plus outdoor seating on the balcony! The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and access to the balcony on the back side of the home. The master bath comes with his and her sinks and there is a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom comes with two twin beds. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo.
The home is on a deep water canal with Ocean Access. You can also access the Gulf of Mexico by way of the 7 mile bridge. The home is just a short boat ride from the famous Sombrero Reef, here you will find the best snorkeling and scuba diving! You can also rent kayaks or paddle boards to explore the canals around the home. Pool heat is optional at $200 per week.

Dock holds up to 20ft boat max. One boat & one boat trailer only. No RVs or motorhomes.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

Loved this house! I am very picky when it comes to vacation rentals, and this one blew my mind in how clean it was!!! Newly updated kitchen appliances and amenities were very nice. The pool was beautiful and just the right size. The outside area was just as nice and clean as the inside. We felt respected as guest and very comfortable in this home!!!
There were no wash cloths, dish rags, or dish towels. The sponge in the welcome basket helped. We would have liked to have a digital lock on the door or an extra key. Only having one key was difficult at times. The are a lot of light switches in the house! Little labels would have been helpful to know which was which. These were minor inconveniences that were easily overcome. I would still rate this vacation rental 5/5!

The property was newly renovated and lived very well. The kitchen was beautiful. The pool was wonderful and we especially enjoyed being able to dock our boat on the canal. The small bedroom twin beds were on rollers and moved whenever you turned over. The master bedroom could use a regular size dresser but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Both Rachel and Bonnie were very nice, friendly and available for questions. I had packages delivered at their office and they kept in touch with me to make sure I received them.

The property was very nicely decorated and clean. Comfortable, had everything we needed and great location. The only down side I would say personally, may not apply to others, is that there was only one tv in the living room, none in the rooms. I am used to falling asleep watching tv and with 2 boys fighting over what to watch at night it can be fun. No biggie but good to know. Pool was nice (area still seems unfinished though) and downstairs area was nice and spacious, even had barbeque and fish cleaning table..that's a plus in my book! Would definitely stay again.
