Beautiful, upgraded & fully furnished, this Gorgeous ground level home with Granite countertops, SS appliances, detailed stone tiled bathrooms, large master and Fenced in big backyard is the Perfect Family Home for your Vacation. The house sits across from a picture-perfect park with playground for the Kiddos, Tennis Courts and a 4 minutes walk to the Cabana Club which gives you access to a pool and private Beach. Each bedroom has a flat-screen Tv, Cable, and Wifi. The Master has an en suite bath and the other two rooms share a full bath. Master features a King bed, Second Bedroom a Queen and the Third Bedroom a Twin. All linens and towels provided.

There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO CATS or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $300 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

Overall, we have loved staying at the Tropical Oasis for a month during the last two years. Key Colony is the best, and we loved everything about our stay. Grat location - close to restaurants, par 3 golf, Bocce and pickleball courts and the Cabana Club! Perfect!!!

We were very pleased with our Tropical Oasis rental home. It is in a great location, has access to the great Cabana Club, and is across from a park/playground. It is great to rent a 3 bedroom, two bath home. This was a great luxury when the children and grandchildren visited. The house was clean, well decorated, and had nice amenities. We look forward to being there again next year!!

We arrived at the house, it ended up being a duplex. Not a bid deal, we didn't hear much of the people next door. The house had plenty of room and supplies we needed. We were welcomed with a welcome basket there's a washer and dryer in the unit. A big plus for us, since we had kids with us. The pool is just a short walk. The only thing we wished was the pool didn't close so early. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!
