A Cut Above is an updated 3bed/2bath beautifully decorated half duplex in desirable Key Colony Beach. Enjoy the tropical setting by the heated/chilled waterfall pool with Tiki at pools edge for shade. Pull your boat up to the 37ft lighted dock after a day of fishing. You can clean your catch on the lighted fish cleaning table. In the attached garage you will find plenty of storage for all of your fishing gear and the bait freezer is located here as well. In the canal you will find a underwater fish light that will allow you to see all the fish at night plus see all kinds during the day. You have the chance to see manatee's, rays, jellyfish and so much more! Not only is there a private pool for you to use, but this home also comes with access to the exclusive Cabana Club!
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and granite countertops & breakfast bar. Master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bathroom, the bathroom will feature double sinks & a shower tub combo. The first guest bedroom will have a queen bed and then a twin bed, the second guest bedroom will have a king bed. The guest bathroom features a shower tub combo. The dining room table will comfortable seat 8 people and the breakfast bar has enough bar stools for 4 people.
There are smart TVs throughout the house, there is no hard cable. Guests will log into thier own streaming services.
This property is not handicap accessible and not suitable for young children. Garage is for storage only. No rvs or motor homes. This property can hold up to 3 vehicles if no trailers, if bringing a trailer then 1 trailer and up to 2 vehicles will fit. There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. City of key colony beach only allows for one trailer at a rental property.
Amenities will include: TVs - steaming only, Wifi, dockage, bait freezer, private pool, linens provided, gas grill, lounge chairs, & so much more
There is no smoking of any kind permitted at the property - inside or outside. If you are found to have been smoking there will be a fine of $500 & cost to remove all evidence of smoking. (This typically involves dry-cleaning of window treatments and bedspreads, shampooing the upholstery and carpets, and changing the air filters).

If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Key Colony Beach.
Have a large group and need another house? Check out Tropical Breezes, Island Time, Mermaid Magic and Latitude Adjustment. These are all on the same street and walking distance to each other.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

I spoke to Bonnie a couple of times regarding minor issues. They were corrected very quickly.

The property suited our needs perfectly. My brothers and I travel to the Keys every year to hunt for lobsters and have been staying at this location several times. The only time we have not was when it was not available. It's located on a qiuet canal with friendly neighbors and ease of access to the gas dock, Atlantic or the Gulf waters.

Bonnie and Rachel where excellent to deal with. Very prompt and responsive when we had questions they were always very prompt with answers. Even assisted us when we had struggles with our second week property that they didnt manage.

Amazing house with great amenities. This is our second stay in this property, love the location and everything it has to offer.
Not sure if this is related to Bonnie and Rachel but the basket they leave for checkin is well thought out and very helpful. Something so simple that really leaves a great impression. Spoiled us because our second week had none of those items in the basket.
