Yellowtail For Dinner is a stunning 3bed/3bath that is it is only one house away from the mouth of a deep-water canal that leads directly to the Gulf.
You walk into an open living room, dining & ktichen with updated cabinets and granitie countertops. There is a flat screen TV in the living room. The living room over looks the pool, and canal. The master bedroom is off the dining/living area with king bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. Past the kitchen down the hallway you will find the other two guest bedrooms and bathrooms. One guest bedroom features two twin beds and flat screen TV. The other bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom.
There is plenty of off-street parking for your vehicles and boat trailer. A local boat ramp is just a few blocks away at Dodge Lake, corner of Aviation and Harbor Drive. The property can hold up to 4 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer then up to 3 vehicles plus trailer. No rvs, campers or motorhomes.
This home is designed for people who love to be on the water and fish. It has a bait freezer, fish-cleaning station gas grill just waiting for your catch!
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.

The property was exactly as described! The house was beautiful, we had all the kitchen, bath, and bedroom essentials we needed for our group of 8. The location on the water was perfect for our boat (plenty of dockage space). The ONLY complaint we had was that the pool was hot, but with 115 degree heat index, there wasnt much to be done about that. We had a great stay, and if we get the opportunity to visit Marathon again, we will definitely try to book this property!

The house was pristine and exceeded our expectations with the expansive boat dockage, pool, ideal location and amenities within the home. Truly a fishermans paradise! Boasts a beautiful large dock which we docked a 24 ft boat and jet ski comfortable. Easily could fit two boats. Management was a pleasure, tentative and quick to respond. My family and I have been visiting marathon multiple times a year for several years, never staying at the same place twice - this home is at the top of our list, out of over 30+ rentals, having everything we needed and more. Will be back
