The three bedrooms on the opposite side of the living room guarantee peaceful and comfortable sleeping quarters. The master bedroom boasts an en suite bath, a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and convenient access to the pool. Down the hall, you'll find two guest bedrooms that share a bathroom, each featuring flat screen TVs and king-sized beds. Adjacent to the dining room is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. Manatee Oasis was outstanding! The home is beautiful! Had everything we needed for our week stay. The outside area was great, screened in porch, heated pool, tiki bar and spectacular view! The location of the home was close to many attractions. Sombrero beach was awesome! Bahia Honda State Park was beautiful! Highly recommended staying at this wonderful home!

In one word, Perfect! This home provided our family the nicest vacation. Having been to Marathon several times I can assure you that this home is the nicest and cleanest I have stayed in ever. It is very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The living room was very comfortable with a large screen tv to watch in the evenings. The beds and linens were very comfortable in all bedrooms. Also, having a electronic lock made getting in the home easy with no need for keys. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature and we all enjoyed the tiki hut! Manatees visited us everyday and were a pleasure to watch. Jessenia was very helpful with the rental and a pleasure to talk to. We would definately return to this lovely home again. It was perfect!

Our group of two couples from Boston, MA and Lake Geneva, WI enjoyed our stay at Manatee Oasis. House was perfect setup with plenty of privacy and separated bedroom areas. The bar area was nice to have. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals. Dining area and table were huge. Nice tv's in all rooms. More space than we needed but was nice to not be cramped. Back yard is amazing. Pictures of pool slightly exaggerate the size, but was fine for the four of us. Tiki hut is huge and provided a great place for evening cocktails. Ate all meals and played cards in the large screen room. Weather was cool so we really enjoyed having the gas fire pit! Every morning we were greeted by the five resident manatees. They were a highlight of the trip! Just be careful motoring in the canal for them. The canal was plenty deep for our rental boat and clearly could accommodate most large boats. Seawall was freshly painted and very attractive. Tip-pay for the pool heat. We did and very much appreciated how quickly the smaller sized pool heated to temp. Stores and restaurants are all close by but house is far enough from traffic that we did not hear a thing. Very quite except for the occasional airplane taking off or landing at the Marathon airport. Only a minor complaint. Can't say how much we enjoyed our stay. When we return, we will likely try to stay here again. Thank you!

Jessica was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond and when we had an issue she was on top of it making sure that everything was right for us. She even went the extra mile leaving us a welcome basket and a Christmas card.

We absolutely loved having coffee with the manatees every morning, they were adorable! The house was cozy and had all of the essentials. The kids loved the pool. I must say that I was slightly disappointed that the house lacked Christmas decorations. I expected to see at least a small Christmas tree. Also, i figured that there would be pool toys but all we found were noodles. The local Publix had dive sticks for $5, and we found goggles for $4 at Kmart. I would also suggest having some kind of games for families such as Uno. The pool toys and games would be a cheap investment that would make the house feel more like a home for families. Aside from the little things, the house was great. It was clean and had plenty of room for us to eat together and all be in the same space.
