Quick boating access to the Gulf of Mexico via Vaca Cut, only a few blocks from this home. Fuel docks also close by at Captain Hooks, right off of Vaca Cut.
There is room for 2 vehicles in front of the house or one car and a trailer.
You must be 28 or older to rent. 28 year old must be on property at all times.

Pets allowed under 40 lbs. Pet fee of $150.00 per pet, 2 pets MAX.
Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys (Vrotfk) has Terms and Conditions of Use for this property and all the properties we manage. We love the nearby restaurants and taking day trips to Key West. We enjoyed just relaxing by the water and taking walks in other neighborhoods. The modern appliances, updated interior and cleanliness is the way we like it.

Other than storage we really like this house. More hooks in hall and near front door would go a long way. Maybe over the door hooks on the bedroom door.

Seaside Cottage was perfect! There was no detail spared from this cottage; perfectly updated, decorated and so comfortable. The kind sized bed was heaven! The fenced yard was a nice surprise to have for our dogs. The location was excellent, just a few yards from open water and so close to many restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!
