Snorkel at Sombrero Light, just a short distance offshore for the snorkeling trip of a lifetime. You feel like you are swimming in a fish bowl, with exotic fish and corals.
This home has brand new furnishings and has a very spacious and comfortable bedrooms. There are 2 master Suites.

It was a great experience renting from Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys. They were very prompt to respond to all of our questions. They gave us great instructions for everything we needed to know about the house. They even left us a very nice welcome basket for when we arrived.

We cannot say enough good things about this house. It was beautiful inside and out. We had the most amazing experience of our lives on the dock. There were about six manatees that came over, along with an adorable baby. We got in the kayaks and they came right up to us. They are gentle giants and it is something we will never forget! The pool was great and it has lights so you can swim at night. We would sit by the pool and the iguanas would just stroll by us. The house was very clean and super spacious. It has everything you need - beach chairs, kayaks, pinpong table, pool table, the pool, tons of seating. We highly recommend this house.

Great Time in Marathon! We had a great week in Marathon. The house was clean, and had everything we wanted- no problems. We enjoyed the outsides spaces the most! The pool and dock were great! Kids fished from the dock and caught lots of fish. We saw a nurse shark, jellyfish and even a manatee! We walked to Sombrero Beach too.

THE BEST! We were four couples that really enjoyed this house and the Marathon area. The house was perfect for us all...We kayaked, fished off the dock, and went to the beach almost every day. The pool was relaxing and the fire pit was the best way to end the day. We did a trip to Key West and went snorkeling as well. Worth every cent and then some!

Beautiful home for a quiet keys vacation. Phenomenal outdoor space - we enjoyed the many seating areas (shaded and sun), easy walk to the beach/park, and located a very short drive to groceries. Home perfect for our group of 6 with three large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Overall, a well maintained home in a nice location.

Really enjoyed our stay in Marathon. This property was just what we were looking for. We had a nice relaxing resort like experience all to ourselves within just a minutes walk to the beach. The house was large with lots of fun things to do. It was located in a quiet neighborhood in a very peaceful setting. We would return to the same location if we ever return to the Florida Keys.

Great home!
This home is really nice with lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable and fun. The kitchen is well equipped and a pleasure to cook in, we made a Thanksgiving dinner one night. The pool was so nice to have and the beach is a short walk down the street. I would rent this home again for sure. Location is great!!

Great layout for entertainment! We enjoyed the pool table and Ping-pong table as well as the dock just out back. The dock is in a nice protected canal. Easy access to ocean or gulf. We would rent this home again!

The house was perfect for our party of 6. Enjoyed the pool table and the pool when we were able to get into the pool (Tropical Storm/Hurricane Eta) hung around for most of our trip, but the house was very comfortable when we could not go outside.

Best house we have ever rented!
Great location with all the amenities we could ask for and more. Everything from beautiful pool, grilling area and outside shade area. Rented a boat locally and was easy in and out on the canal! Kitchen was awesome and pool table and ping pong was a blast. Kayaks on site were huge plus. This house was easily our favorite and we have been coming to the keys for over 12 years. Already looking forward to next visit here!

Great house with nice pool and water access.
Property is very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and outside entertaining area. It was awesome to have the boat right in our backyard. We all enjoyed the use of the kayaks and the pool table is a great addition.
We did use the fire pit a couple of nights.
The proximity to Sombrero beach was great! We enjoyed walking to the beach area. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful location and outdoor space
The house is perfectly located down from Sombrero Beach. We really enjoyed walking up in the evenings for an unobstructed view of the sunset. The outdoor and pool area is really convenient and provides an abundance of space to spread out. The dock and access to 3 kayaks was also a great benefit. The interior space is also well furnished and was perfect for our family vacation. We have already booked for next year!

The managers were incredibly easy to communicate with and very helpful. We ran out of propane after cooking one night and there was a fresh one hooked up the following morning. Thanks for allowing us to stay in the beautiful Primaceria house.

We stayed between May 12-21 and despite the forecast predicting rain for the whole trip, we had a blast. Mother Nature cooperated and we were able to go out and about, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, visit to key west and on the days it rained the house offered ping pong, pool table, games and we kept busy. Spent a lot of time in the outdoor living areas and really enjoyed the location of the house for beach access and proximity to grocery store. Our group agreed we would definitely come back if we were visiting the keys again.
