This property is located on the Gulf side in the Heart of Marathon with immediate access by boat to the Gulf of Mexico, and is located halfway between Vaca Cut or the 7-mile bridge for ocean access. This home has 150 ft of deep water dockage and enough room for all of your water toys.
This home is one floor of living, with only 3 steps up from the driveway. Open floor plan with Living room, kitchen, and dining all in one space. Modern style flooring. 
The pool is on the same level as the living areas.  Gated backyard around the pool and pool deck. 
This home has two master bedrooms with King size beds with on suite baths and three other bedrooms that share the hall bath.  Full size Washer and Dryer in the hallway. 
Two kayaks are included for your use. House also has a 2nd refrigerator on the pool deck to keep your drinks cold and bait frozen. . Plenty of parking. Wifi included and basic cable.
Located in the middle of Marathon with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. On the same street as Brutus Seafood for your fresh seafood needs. 1 hour drive to Key West. Sombrero Beach is only 3 miles away.
You must be 28 or older to rent and must be present during the entire stay.
7 night minimum.
Max Occupancy: 12 Per the City of Marathon's licensing rule of 2 people per bedroom plus 2. 

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
