BRAND NEW TO RENTAL PROGRAM
Ideal Escape is a 1bed/1bath nightly condo in Skipjack Resort. There is a full kitchen (no dishwasher), full bathroom with shower and then in the bedroom are two queen beds and sleeper sofa in living room. The kitchen is updated with lots of storage space and granite counters. The balcony over looks the Marathon Country Club.
There is high speed Wi-Fi and two flat screen televisions. Laundry facilities on site, located on ground level toward the end of the bulding (close to pool).
RESORT AMENITIES: ON SITE POOL, ON SITE GYM, LAUNDRY, TIKI BAR, RESTUARANT, LIVE MUSIC ALMOST EVERY NIGHT, KAYAK & BIKE RENTALS AND SO MUCH MORE!!
This condo is in the heart of Marathon, close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and the beautiful Sombrero Beach. Marathon is the "Heart of the Keys" and close to everything: Key West is 1 hour to the south, Islamorada is 45 minutes to the north. Two grocery stores are minutes away as well as the drug store, movie theater, department store and restaurants galore. Sombrero Beach is a short 2 minute drive. Award winning Bahia Honda State Park is just 15 minutes from the home. The 7 Mile bridge (2 min away) is an ideal spot to fish, or take a stroll and watch the sunset.

This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
