Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina townhome in a quaint Key West village style atmosphere. 1450 sq ft and Built in 2007, this two story 3 BR /2.5 BA is simply stunning. Boat slip #14 Included with 35' of dockage right at your back door. Within minutes of leaving our marina you can be in the ocean or on the Gulf of Mexico and several waterfront restaurants. On site Marina includes full services such as boat ramp, and fuel. Shared Pool on site.  The pool is heated in the winter.   To get to the pool you take a right on the dock, and it is located at the end of the channel, about 10 townhouses away. 

The lower level includes a large floor plan layout with a full service kitchen open to the dining and family room. Kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living room open up to the rear covered deck. The perfect retreat for your morning coffee. Brand New leather sofas this is the most comfortable rental in the Keys. Well stocked kitchen for your cooking enjoyment. 42" flat screen TV in the Living room and a TV in each bedroom. All rooms enjoy a water view. The powder bathroom is conveniently located downstairs for guests.


The second level includes 3 bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms and 2 private balconies. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with walk - in shower, linen closet, and granite vanity tops. The room has two separate his and hers closets, TV, vaulted ceilings, and access to private balcony overlooking the waterway. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, TV, vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony. Third bedroom has two (2) twin beds, closet, TV, and vaulted ceilings. These two rooms share a bathroom off the hallway including tub / shower and granite vanity. Full Size Washer and Dryer is in the hall closet.  This home can sleep 8 but only has sleeping for 6 in beds.  If you want to rent a rollaway, we do have those avialable for $150.00 per bed per stay.   The Sofa is not a pull out.  Or you can bring your own blow up bed.

The residence has a private nearby heated pool great for the family and kids. There are numerous nearby amenities such as......local attractions, restaurants, drug stores, groceries, and bars.

Our location is excellent for Boater with immediate access to the ocean or the Gulf of Mexico through Vaca Cut. On site marina has boat ramp ($10 per use) and trailer storage ($10/day), fish cleaning tables under shade, fresh water hoses, cold soda machines and ice.

You walk up and into a charming house with the front porch and into the main living areas. 

Lower level kitchen, dining and living area are open concept design.  The dining area features a rectangular table that will seat up to 4 guests, there is also a breakfast bar with two bar stools. 
The living room features comfortable seating with a water view, and a TV.  Off the living room is a porch where you can view the spectacular sunsets. Relax with a meal or beverage at the teak table and four chairs.

The upstairs to this home has two bedrooms and two baths, both with queen size beds and their own Tv's.  The deck off the master bedroom has two loungers to watch the glow of the sunset or the Sunrise. 
A great walking community, with several restaurants.  World Class Fishing Charter boats at the Marina.  Snorkeling tours and Sunset Party boat as well.  

This property rental is not a part of a resort.  This it is an independent property.  The closest beach is Sombrero Beach in Marathon about 8 miles away. Duck Key is situation right in the heart of the Fla Keys at MM 61.  It is an hour drive to Key West, 35 minutes to downtown Islamorada, and 10 minute drive to Marathon. 

This property does not come with dockage. Duck Key Marina is nearby where you are able to rent boats, or there is also the Grassy Key Marina (Gulf side about 2 miles away), where you can launch a boat, and store the trailer and have a wet slip, all for a fee.  There are NO trailers of any kind allowed at this property or in the parking lot.

You must be 28 years old to rent this property. 
3 night minimum.

The place was clean and well appointed. Perfect spot for Keys trip if you are bringing a boat. The marina with the boat ramp is right next door. Your boat is safely docked right outside your place! Would definitely stay here again. The property manager was easy to work with and very responsive.

Great location, ample parking and space for family, and overall beautiful home! The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because some items can use replacing- like some of the pots and pans, some of the towels; the refrigerator also didnt cool as much (there was an attempt to replace it but there was no delivery available due to the holiday). Also, I suggest having an electric bbq since charcoal isnt allowed on the property. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay (despite awful weather due to Tropical Storm Alberto) and will probably be back!

If you are a boater, this is a great place to stay. Very convenient to either the Gulfside or the Atlantic side. Unit was just as advertised -- clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Definitely a go-to spot in Marathon.

The condo was set up with everything to make you feel at home. The views were spectacular and the ability to park your boat next to the condo made it very easy to go fishing in the morning and clean up in the evening.. The location made access to the ocean and the bay by boat simple. Would stay again.

Upon opening the door for the first time I was very pleased to see the place was exactly as pictured! Very comfortable for our family and had everything needed to feel right at home. Having the boat slip directly behind us made going out in the boat simple! Communication with Kristin was great and she made everything very simple! You dont go to many rentals that have a welcome basket personally to your family and this place does! Great stay! Would definitely recommend! Very Clean and comfy!

We have stayed at this resort multiple times but this was our first visit to this unit. Everything was very convenient and made unpacking & boat loading/unloading the easiest ever, loved having our slip directly in front of the unit(not the case with many others in this resort). Very comfortable furnishings & kitchen well stocked. This location is ideal for going out to either Gulf or Atlantic via Vaca cut. Easy to work with manager for any questions & very quick responses. Thank you for a great week!!!

This 3 Bedroom home, Sleeps 6 in beds.  You can fit 8.  Bring an aero mattress or you can rent a rollaway bed from us at Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys.

Only One Boat or One Jet ski is allowed at the dock.
There is 35 foot of dockage. So you can fit up to a 30 foot boat. 
If you have more water vessels you must rent a slip with the dockmaster. 
Trailer parking available with a $10.00 per day fee on property.
