The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom is ideal for families or groups, featuring two sets of bunk beds—each with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is conveniently located nearby.
The home sits on a deep water canal with direct Ocean access. The dock can accommodate vessels up to 20 feet in overall length, making it ideal for jet skis, small boats, or kayaks. The Gulf of Mexico is also accessible via the nearby 7 Mile Bridge. For water lovers, Sombrero Reef is just a short ride away—offering some of the best snorkeling and diving in the Keys. You can also rent kayaks or paddle boards to explore the calm waters of the surrounding canals.
Optional pool heat is available for $203 per week (plus tax).
