Enjoy the Florida Keys in this lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath half duplex located minutes away from Sombrero Beach!

This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen to tend to all of your cooking needs. If you are looking for some relaxation indoors, enjoy the living room with the large flat screen TV. As you kick back and relax on couches you can enjoy the bountiful amount of natural lighting via the large sliding glass doors that overlook the canal. This home also offers a dining area in the kitchen plus outdoor seating on the balcony! The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and access to the balcony on the back side of the home. The master bath comes with his and her sinks and there is a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom comes with two twin beds. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

The home is on a deep water canal with Ocean Access. You can also access the Gulf of Mexico by way of the 7 mile bridge. The home is just a short boat ride from the famous Sombrero Reef, here you will find the best snorkeling and scuba diving! You can also rent kayaks or paddle boards to explore the canals around the home. Pool heat is optional at $200 per week.

We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon. 

Dock holds up to 20ft boat max. One boat & one boat trailer only. No RVs or motorhomes. 

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only. 

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
