Located in the heart of the Florida keys on Conch Key, at MM 62.5.  Right in the middle of the keys.  Day trips are a breeze... this peaceful retreat offers a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Though not directly on the water, you’ll have access to a private beach within the community, ideal for soaking up the sun or unwinding by the ocean.  There is also a boat ramp located in the community and a spot for your trailer.  The boat ramp can only handle small boats though and tidal driven.  There is a hotel across the road that does have a boat ramp for larger boats and also may have a boat slip.  Not guaranteed but possible for an extra fee. 
Enjoy the easy access to US-1, excursions can include drive on the most scenic highway in the continental us...south is a one-hour trips to Key West or north is a 30-minute trip to Islamorada—making this a fantastic weekend getaway or second home for fishing enthusiasts.

Step onto your south-facing covered porch and enjoy stunning Atlantic views and cool ocean breezes. The home is furnished and ready to move in, this inviting home offers a seamless transition to the Keys lifestyle.
The Conch Key Village community is friendly and well-maintained, providing a secure, relaxed environment. Take peaceful walks, connect with neighbors, or simply enjoy the natural beauty surrounding you at Ocean Breeze Escape.

Additional Things to do...
Four miles from the house is the Dolphin Research Center offers in-person fun with dolphins and sea lions.
Robbie's Tarpon Adventures is about 20 minutes north. 
Anne's Beach is about 15 minutes north as well.
Local favorite restaurants include Angler and Ale and S.S. Wreck & Galley Grill, which are just a few miles away. We hope you decide to stay with us for a relaxing vacation!

You must be 25 or older to rent. (25-year-old must be present during the entire stay)

This property is “dog friendly,” so you must select the pet fee option when booking if you bring a dog. All dogs must be approved before booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 70 lbs or less are allowed, but they must be preapproved. Pet fee is nonrefundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking, as it will not be included in the total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. The max allowed is 2.
Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
Check-in is 4 pm on day of arrival
Check out is 10 am on the day of departure

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for your stay.
