This beautiful  5-bedroom, 3 and a half bath home is designed for Outdoor living at its finest. Ultimate relaxation and entertainment, offering spacious accommodations for up to 10 guests. You can bring a couple of aero beds or rent 2 rollaways; we could accommodate those extra two.  Rollaways are $150.00 each for a week.

115’ Private Dock (approx. 90’ usable) with a freshwater wash-down, electric and fish cleaning station. Quick boating access to the ocean, and 4 ft draft. 
During extreme tides,such as King tides some homes may have limited access during low tides and can only access the dock during high tides.
Stand-alone Ice maker, extra refrigerator, and a deep freezer for your bait or catch are all available for your use and are right there at your fingertips for additional drinks and groceries on the pool level. 
Quick boat access to Sombrero Reef, home to North America’s only living coral barrier reef—perfect for snorkeling, diving, and fishing.6 
The deck off the living areas has rocking chairs and a bar-height table with four chairs for your morning coffee and breakfast. The deck downstairs has a table with seating for six and a table with bench seating for another six people. Other outdoor seating includes lounge chairs, a fire pit, screened-in porch seating, and two tiki huts with seating and loungers. A nice hammock awaits you in the sandy backyard, too.

The main Floor has an open-concept well equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 6 and two bar stools at the kitchen bar with a table and 4 chairs on the deck. 
The family room and dining area have french doors that open up to the upstairs deck. Rocking chairs and the bar height table with 4 chairs.   
This level has a game/TV room with a sofa and cushioned bench with a 50” TV one bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a bath, plus a hall half bath.
Top Floor offers a private Master Suite with a bath on suite, a desk, and TV, balcony and laundry area. 2 bedrooms with a queen and the other with 2 twins. plus a room with a single twin and a hall bath.  Five bedrooms for a well-appointed spacious sleeping arrangements for the whole family. Aero bed provided.
