One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other has a Queen-sized bed. There is also a lovely reading area with a balcony overlooking the living room below.

Ground level off the beach has a Pool table, Big Screen TV and sofa for those game days while the kids play on the beach. 

Trailer parking is the gravel area before you arrive at the house, on the right ONLY.
There are also two aero mattresses available for your use.

Max Occupancy: 10  Per the city of Marathon's rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2. 

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog-friendly only - NO cats or other animals. The allowed is 2 pets. 
 Check-in is 4 pm on day of arrival
Check out is 10 am on the day of departure

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for your stay.
