Age Requirement
* The primary guest must be **25 years of age or older**.
* The booking guest must remain at the property for the entire reservation.
Minimum Stay
* **7-night minimum stay** (No exceptions)
Pet Policy
This home is **dog-friendly**.
* Guests must disclose all dogs at the time of booking.
* Pet fees are not included in the reservation total and are added after booking, whether reserved directly or through a third-party platform.
* All dogs require prior approval.
* Breed restrictions may apply due to insurance requirements.
* Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog based on breed and weight.
* Maximum of two dogs.
* No cats or other animals are permitted.
* Failure to disclose a dog or pay applicable pet fees may result in additional charges of up to **$500** and immediate eviction without refund.
