This home features a sandy beach backyard, kayaks, a gas grill, a private swimming pool, and room for one boat on this dock. This choice location is centrally located in the heart of the Florida Keys in a family friendly community called Marathon. The location on 121st Street, Gulf side, just past Mile Marker 54.
This property is stylishly decorated with modern furnishings and complete with tile flooring throughout. Enjoy the exceptional views from the dining areas, or escape to the sandy beach through the master bedroom’s patio doors. There are TV’s in every room.
Enjoy ground-floor access to this home. Living room, dining, and kitchen are all open concept. Split bedrooms, with two bedrooms on the right side of the living room, and the other two are on the left. Sunsets are free!

For Homes that do accept pets- You must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.
- Regardless of whether you book directly with us or through a third party site, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.
- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.
- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.
- This property is dog friendly only—no cats or other animals are permitted.
- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
