With a private heated pool, large outdoor spaces, and 37 feet of private dockage, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax, enjoy the water, and spend time together.
The home has 2,656 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, and four bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups traveling together. The open-concept main living area has plenty of space to hang out, along with a fully equipped kitchen that makes cooking for groups easy. There’s also plenty of natural light and views from the main living areas.
You’ll probably find yourself spending just as much time outside as you do inside. The large porch has plenty of seating and dining space, and the backyard has a private heated pool surrounded by landscaped grounds.
There’s also a large game area with a pool table and lawn games, an outdoor living area with a large TV, and a full-size grill with a prep sink to complete the space. With multiple places to sit and eat outside, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
We also provide kayaks, 10 beach chairs, a cooler, beach wagon, and beach umbrella for guests to use during their stay.
If you’re bringing a boat or planning to spend your vacation on the water, the property has 37 feet of private dockage with a 30-amp shore power on a protected deep-water canal with quick access to the open ocean and the gulf.
The dock can accommodate a boat up to 40 feet, with the bow extending beyond the dock to the north if needed. For those who like to fish, the home also has an ice maker, extra refrigerator for drinks, and a deep freezer for bait and your catch.
Spend the day fishing, snorkeling, diving, or cruising around the Keys, then come back to the pool and enjoy a cookout in the backyard.
One of the best things about Beach Walk is how close it is to Sombrero Beach Park. At just 0.2 miles away, you can easily walk or take the beach wagon filled with chairs, towels, and a cooler provided by us down for a day by the water. Sombrero Beach has a sandy shoreline, picnic pavilions, volleyball courts, restrooms, and showers.
When you're ready to head out and explore, Marathon has plenty of restaurants, seafood spots, tiki bars, and other local favorites nearby. There are also lots of opportunities for kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, snorkeling, diving, jet skiing, and other water activities.
Whether you spend your days on the boat, at the beach, by the pool, or around the grill with family and friends, Beach Walk gives you plenty of space to enjoy it all.

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent, etc. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area. Some properties may also include a small welcome basket or additional guest amenities.

All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.
Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per pet, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. This property is dog-friendly. Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
