This lot has a wrap-around dock, which is ample for boats or jet skis...80 ft of dock on one side and 143 ft on the other side.
Minutes to the Gulf of Mexico by boat. Ocean access is possible through the 3-mile bridge or Vaca Cut.
The main floor of this home has a large living area and an open floor plan with soaring ceilings. Plenty of room for entertaining family and friends. The kitchen is large and features granite countertops and upgraded stainless-steel appliances to include an island with seating, large open spaces, and a dry bar entertainment area with Open water views.
Bedroom Description...The expansive master suite has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bath. There is a junior master on the main level, also with a queen-sized bed, and it utilizes the hall bath. TVs in each bedroom.
The lower storage room has an extra refrigerator and one double kayak included.

Two extra aero beds are provided for our guests.

Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area. Some properties may also include a small welcome basket or additional guest amenities.
