The living room is on the right with a large, flat-screen TV and several books and games to entertain on rainy days. There is a modern, comfortable sectional couch on this level that expands to a double bed for kids or guests. There is a full bath on this level with a washer and dryer and a kitchen with an eat-in bar. A nice desk for your computer is located on this level. As you ascend the stairs to the bedroom floor, you have a large master suite with cathedral ceilings, a king-size bed, plenty of storage, a separate sitting area by the French balcony, and a mounted flat-screen TV. View the ocean from the sitting area and feel the ocean breeze. There is a full bathroom on this level as well. This complex has an oceanfront pool with endless views and a clubhouse that has several Tiki Huts and multiple grills for your use.
Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided with a cooler for your beach adventures. Sombrero Beach is just a few miles away, and the iconic Bahia Honda State Park is less than 30 minutes away.
You can get a boat to snorkel on Sombrero Reef or take a sunset cruise. Lots of things to do in Marathon. Shopping, coffee, ice cream, and grocery stores are close by and within walking distance. Fishing from the marina dock at this complex is welcome.
