After a day out, come home and relax in the central AC while you get comfy on the couch. Fire up the gas grill for a simple dinner and enjoy the deck. By booking this property—whether directly with us or through a third party site—you and your party expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. A deposit or completed booking serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. After your reservation is confirmed, the Terms and Conditions will be sent to you via an e-sign document, which is required to be completed. This property is dog friendly, but please review the following guidelines regarding pet approval and fees:
- You must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.
- Regardless of whether you book directly with us or through a third party site, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.
- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines. (60 pounds max)
- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed.
- This property is dog friendly only—no cats or other animals are permitted.
- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
