The shallow design also makes it a great option for families with children looking to splash and play while staying close by. Spend your days soaking up the Florida Keys sunshine, lounging poolside, or watching boats pass by on the canal. Anglers will appreciate the oversized fish-cleaning station, while the gas grill makes it easy to cook the day's catch without ever leaving your outdoor oasis.
Boaters will love the waterfront setup. A boat is stored on the lift year-round; however, guests have access to dockage along the seawall. The seawall can accommodate a boat up to approximately 30 feet in length, providing convenient access to the waters of the Florida Keys.

This property is dog friendly, but please review the following guidelines regarding pet approval and fees:
- You must indicate that you are bringing a pet when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.
- Regardless of the platform you book on, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.
- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.
- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 1 dogs is allowed.
- This property is dog friendly only—no cats or other animals are permitted.
- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.

By booking this property—whether directly with us or through a third party site—you and your party expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. A deposit or completed booking serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. After your reservation is confirmed, the Terms and Conditions will be sent to you via an e-sign document, which is required to be completed.
