Welcome to Bluewater Bungalow, a charming 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath half duplex offering breathtaking open water views and the relaxed lifestyle the Florida Keys are known for. Perfectly suited for a peaceful escape, this inviting home combines coastal charm with the comfort of your own private pool—ideal for soaking up the sunshine or unwinding after a day of island adventures.
Inside, you’ll find a bright and comfortable layout featuring a fully equipped kitchen, welcoming living area, and thoughtfully designed bedrooms that provide the perfect space to relax and recharge. One bedroom features a queen while the other bedroom is a queen. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room (full size). There is no dishwasher.
Step outdoors and enjoy your private tropical oasis, where gentle ocean breezes and shimmering water views set the tone for true vacation mode. Lounge poolside, dine al fresco, or simply watch the sky transform at sunset. There is a half bath (toilet only) downstairs by outdoor kitchen/tiki.
While dockage is not available, nearby marinas and public boat ramps make it easy for guests to enjoy boating, fishing, and everything the surrounding waters have to offer. There is no trailer parking on site. Driveway holds max of 2 vehicles.

This property is dog friendly, but please review the following guidelines regarding pet approval and fees:
- You must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.
- Regardless of whether you book directly with us or through a third party site, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.
- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines. Dogs 50lbs & smaller
- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. Dogs 50lbs & smaller
- This property is dog friendly only—no cats or other animals are permitted.
- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.

By booking this property—whether directly with us or through a third party site—you and your party expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. A deposit or completed booking serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. After your reservation is confirmed, the Terms and Conditions will be sent to you via an e-sign document, which is required to be completed. If the e-sign is not completed, access to the virtual guidebook and arrival details will not be provided. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Additionally, we will request certain information that third-party sites may not collect, as we are required to have specific details on file per company policy and local city regulations.

- Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area.
