For boating and fishing enthusiasts, the 25-foot dock and quick access to both the Gulf and Atlantic via nearby Vaca Cut make this an ideal location for getting out on the water.
The master suite includes a king bed and private en suite bathroom, while the two guest bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two twins—share a hall bath. A washer, dryer, and bait freezer are conveniently located just off the kitchen.
Step outside to enjoy the screened porch, a spacious pool deck with lounge seating, and a heated pool (heat not available during summer months).

This property is dog friendly, but please review the following guidelines regarding pet approval and fees:
- You must indicate that you are bringing a pet when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.
- Regardless of the platform you book on, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.
- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.
- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.
- This property is dog friendly only—no cats or other animals are permitted.
- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.

By booking this property—whether directly with us or through a third party site—you and your party expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. A deposit or completed booking serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
