Welcome to The Peninsular House, a truly rare Florida Keys escape set on its own private peninsula with water wrapping around three sides of the property. With no close neighbors, you’ll enjoy unmatched privacy, panoramic open-water views, tropical breezes, and breathtaking sunsets — and you may even spot dolphins swimming by while you relax outdoors.
Designed for both adventure and relaxation, the home features a heated pool and Jacuzzi, perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun or unwinding under the stars in the evening. Boaters will appreciate the private dock, and guests have complimentary use of eight kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods, and life vests, making it easy to explore the surrounding waters right from the backyard.
Inside, the home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. The spacious primary suite offers a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Each guest bedroom features a queen bed, and there is a trundle bed in the living room for additional sleeping space. A second full bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows one boat and one boat trailer. You will be charged extra if found with more than one authorized vessel or trailer.
This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

By booking this property—whether directly with us or through a third party site—you and your party expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. A deposit or completed booking serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. After your reservation is confirmed, the Terms and Conditions will be sent to you via an e-sign document, which is required to be completed. If the e-sign is not completed, access to the virtual guidebook and arrival details will not be provided. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Additionally, we will request certain information that third-party sites may not collect, as we are required to have specific details on file per company policy and local city regulations.
