There is no communal grilling stations. If your unit does not have a grill you cannot use someone elses. Grills are not allowed on balconies & must be 20ft from the buildings per city fire code. The unit comes with a large Kamado Joe Charcoal grill. There is an assigned spot under the unit where guests are to park all vehicles & trailers. The parking spot is just shy of 8 feet high and is 40 feet long. There is no on-site trailer storage or extra vehicle parking. No RVs, campers or motorhomes.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows one boat & one trailer. The trailer must fit under the parking space or you will need to find alternative storage. There is no guarantee of dockage as it is first come first serve.
