Inside, the open-concept kitchen and living area are bright and inviting, with hurricane impact windows that showcase peaceful canal views. The living room offers a flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa for additional guests.
The fully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, sleek white countertops, and crisp white cabinetry. The master suite includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a modern en suite bathroom with both a standard and rain shower head. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, with a beautifully updated guest bathroom located nearby.
Step outside to enjoy the brand new private pool—perfect for relaxing after a day on the water. Downstairs, you’ll find plenty of storage space for boating gear, along with a bait freezer, extra refrigerator/freezer, fish cleaning station, and water and electric at the dock—ideal for anglers.
Maximum boat length at the dock is 35 feet.

This property can hold up to 4 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer then 2-3 vehicles depending on size and 1 trailer will fit. No rvs, campers or motorhomes.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
This property is dog friendly, but please review the following guidelines regarding pet approval and fees:
- You must indicate that you are bringing a pet when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.
- Regardless of the platform you book on, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.
- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.
- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.
- This property is dog friendly only—no cats or other animals are permitted.
- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
