Welcome to The Conch House, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located at MM 49.5 in Marathon. Nestled on a canal in protected Boot Key Harbor (5 ft. minimum depth) with quick ocean access, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and waterfront living.
Situated in a quiet neighborhood, you’ll be less than a mile from Publix, Winn-Dixie, Kmart, Home Depot, West Marine, a deli/liquor store, local restaurants, and the 33rd Street public boat ramp.
Inside, you’ll find:
Master Bedroom: Queen bed, en suite bathroom with double vanity & stand-alone shower

The home is equipped with central A/C, ceiling fans throughout, and a fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including microwave & dishwasher), plus a toaster, blender, slow cooker, and Keurig coffee maker. The dining area seats six comfortably.
For entertainment and relaxation, enjoy high-speed WiFi, a 55” flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player in the living room, plus an additional TV in the master bedroom. The property can hold up to 3 vehicles & 1 trailer, if no trailer, then up to 4 vehicles depending on size will fit. No rvs, campers or motorhomes.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
