This property is perfect for up to 6 guests, including adults and children (all guests count toward occupancy). With plenty of space, both inside and out, you’ll feel comfortable and at ease during your stay.

Things to Note:
- Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests (includes adults and children of all ages)
- You must be 25 and older to book and must be present for the duration of the reservation.
Max Occupancy at any time can not be surpassed or you will be asked to leave
- This Property is on MM61
- Strictly One Boat Max (Boat Lift is not available for guest use)
- Parking: 2 vehicles outside and one in the garage
- Deep Water Dock: 25ft with 1 boat max (boat length up to 22ft); boat lift is NOT available for guest use
- 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths: 2 King beds (both with ensuite bathrooms) and 1 Queen bed
- Fully Stocked Kitchen with drip coffee maker and wine cooler
- Internet & Wi-Fi to keep you connected

- Please follow all rules and regulations, as we would have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.
- Per the City of Marathon all noise should be minimum between 9pm to 9am.
- Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.

By booking this property—whether directly with us or through a third party site—you and your party expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. A deposit or completed booking serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. After your reservation is confirmed, the Terms and Conditions will be sent to you via an e-sign document, which is required to be completed. If the e-sign is not completed, access to the virtual guidebook and arrival details will not be provided. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Additionally, we will request certain information that third-party sites may not collect, as we are required to have specific details on file per company policy and local city regulations.


This property is dog friendly, but please review the following guidelines regarding pet approval and fees:

- You must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.
- Regardless of whether you book directly with us or through a third party site, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.
- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.
- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. (This home has a maximum weight limit of 60 pounds per dog)
- This property is dog friendly only—no cats or other animals are permitted.
- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
