Inside, each of the three bedrooms features a cozy queen bed with fresh linens. Stream your favorite shows on the smart TV in the Living room and Master bedroom only, catch up on emails from the dedicated work area, and stay connected with fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and utensils so you can easily prepare meals at home and enjoy them together.

Step outside to soak in the six-person jacuzzi, lounge on the upstairs deck in one of the sun chairs, or fire up the propane BBQ grill for an easy dinner. For those bringing a boat, there’s parking for a boat trailer and two trucks, plus an empty lot next door where you can keep your boat on the trailer if needed. A public boat ramp is just a 10-minute drive away, and the beach is about 15 minutes from the home, making it easy to enjoy days on the water and sand.

Two bikes are provided for exploring the area (use at your own risk; owner is not liable for any accidents while using the bikes).

- Please follow all rules and regulations, as we will have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.

Special Reminder:
Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area.
This property is dog friendly, but please review the following guidelines regarding pet approval and fees:
- You must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.
- Regardless of whether you book directly with us or through a third party site, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.
- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.
- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed. (maximum pet weight allowed per pet is 60 pounds)
- This property is dog friendly only—no cats or other animals are permitted.
- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.

By booking this property—whether directly with us or through a third party site—you and your party expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. A deposit or completed booking serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. After your reservation is confirmed, the Terms and Conditions will be sent to you via an e-sign document, which is required to be completed. If the e-sign is not completed, access to the virtual guidebook and arrival details will not be provided. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
