This home is the perfect Florida Keys get-away; it truly lives up to its name EL Tesoro!  A 3 Bedroom, 2  Bath, Waterfront Home with in-ground heated pool (heat with a Fee of 250), 40 ft of dockage, a ladder, a fish cleaning table, outdoor sink, counter and  propane grill, freshwater hose access, one refrigerator downstairs, bait freezer and Yes!!! Even a glass bottom one single kayak is included. When you go inside, you will see that everything is updated, a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, flat-screen TVs in every bedroom and living room. You will enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony, which overlooks the canal and pool.  The home includes streaming channels, wifi, linens, towels, a starter kit of toiletries, a washer, and a dryer in the unit. El Tesoro has all your home accommodations and comfort so you can feel right at home. This will be your home away from home!!

Things to Know:
- Must be 25 years or older to book and must be present for the entire stay
-Noise Ordinance from 9pm to 9 am (Quite Time)
- Max occupancy reflects the number of guests allowed per city regulations and does not guarantee sleeping accommodations for that number—please review the bed description carefully (occupancy number included infants and children)
- Please follow all rules and regulations, as we will have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.

- Property has outdoor surveillance cameras for security purposes and are not actively monitored. 
- Locations: front yard of the house looking out and the back of th house looking towards the dock.
- You will be emailed a Guest confirmation with our terms and conditions that you will need to e-sign to be able to stay at our home
- Rentals are Saturday to Saturday (7-night minimum)
- Check-in: 4:00 PM on the day of arrival (please note during high season, check-in may be delayed until 5:00 PM)
- Check-out: 10:00 AM on the day of departure

Our concierge agent, Kasey Platt, can assist with everything from private boat charters, snorkeling, fishing trips, and eco-tours to in-home massages, private chefs, and unique entertainment like fire shows or dancers. She can also help arrange grocery deliveries, kayak or fishing gear rentals, charcuterie boards, and more.

Special Reminder:
Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area.
This property is not pet friendly, we kindly ask for you to please follow our guidelines regarding pets if we find that you have brought a pet to our property you will be asked to leave immediate without refund.

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys (VROTFK) has Terms and Conditions that apply to this property and all properties we manage. By booking this property—whether directly with us or through a third party site—you and your party expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. A deposit or completed booking serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. After your reservation is confirmed, the Terms and Conditions will be sent to you via an e-sign document, which is required to be completed. If the e-sign is not completed, access to the virtual guidebook and arrival details will not be provided. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
