Our units are privately owned and operated. The units are 1300 square foot, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condos. Screened balcony, full kitchen, comfortable furnishings and a washer/dryer in each unit are just a few amenities to make you feel more at home.
We can accommodate 6 people per unit. There is parking under the building for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is available on the property.
Marathon Key Beach Club has one of the larger swimming pools in the Florida Keys, shared with Banana Bay Resort. also have a shared hot tub and two shared tennis courts. We are next to Banana Bay which offers boat slip rentals
Marathon Key Beach Club units are 2 bedroom 2 bathroom rentals. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a full bathroom with large tile shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Bed and bath linens are provided. There are two televisions in the unit, one is in the master bedroom, the other is in the living room with digital cable and free wireless internet, central air conditioning.
The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances - dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. All pots, pans, flatware, and tableware. Screened porches are just outside the living room and have seating with a table.
In the assigned parking area you also have a locked storage cabinet for items such as snorkel gear, etc.
Marathon Key Beach Club timeshare exchange programs: Interval International and RCI Community we also have horseshoes and bar-b–que areas complete with charcoal grills and tiki hut covered picnic tables.
Within walking distance is Tilden's Scuba Center, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores..
The resort's office - you may borrow books, board games, puzzles and tennis rackets.

By booking this property—whether directly with us or through a third party site—you and your party expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. A deposit or completed booking serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. After your reservation is confirmed, the Terms and Conditions will be sent to you via an e-sign document, which is required to be completed. If the e-sign is not completed, access to the virtual guidebook and arrival details will not be provided. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
