This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 20lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for your stay.
