Main House (5 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths)
This two-story home offers an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining space on the main floor, complete with two wet bars—one near the living room and another upstairs. Three bedrooms are located on the main floor, while two are upstairs.
Bedroom 1: King bed with en suite bathroom (shower only).
Bedroom 2: Built-in bunk style with 3 twin beds and 2 queen beds, plus en suite bathroom (shower only).
Bedroom 3: King bed with en suite bathroom (shower only).
Bedroom 4: King bed.
Bedroom 5: Queen bed.
Shared Bath for Bedrooms 4 & 5: Full bathroom with shower (located between the rooms).
Half Bath: Conveniently located in the hallway.
Laundry: Two full washer/dryer sets near the half bath and an additional washer/dryer in the upstairs bathroom.
Bungalow One (1 Bedroom, 1 Bath)

Inquiry about renting the property separately! Keep in mind that if rented out separately the outdoor spaces would be shared with other guests. Willing to separate when booking a month or less out.
Important Notes:
Max Occupancy: 24 (this includes adults & children of all ages)
Boat lift is never for guest use
Parking: 7 cars/trucks, 2 trailers will be allowed. Trailers should be parked backed into the service gate to the left of the main house. Guests are responsible for replacing any landscaping and irrigation heads that has been run over.
Please note there are exterior cameras on property - these are for the safety of both guests & owner
No events or weddings permitted at the property

I have been vacationing in The Keys for over 20 years and this Keys vacation spot is the best I have ever experienced. From the very beginning, as we booked the three well appointed houses for our family vacation, every step along the way was a pleasant experience. Upon our arrive, the three houses were just as shown in the on line pictures. The water view was amazing from the spacious main house balcony as well as from the pool/entertainment area. We all enjoyed the pickleball court, pool and relaxing under the many tiki huts. Those that wanted to fish had plenty of options, including chartering the owner's sport fisher which put us right on the fish! (Captain Chris is the best) Also, thanks to the booking agents connections, we had an awesome catered dinner for our family celebration which allowed us all to relax and enjoy the sunset while eating some of our favorite Keys' dishes! We are already planning our next trip. I can't recommend this place enough

We had the pleasure of vacationing at this incredible property which includes a beautiful 5 bedroom main house, 3 bedroom bungalow and another 1 bedroom bungalow. It was the perfect size for our large extended family. Each family had their own spectacular space outfitted with all the necessities anyone could ever need while on vacation. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, putting green, pickleball court and remarkable outdoor living space. We were even able to fish right from the dock and launch the paddleboards for all day entertainment. We also picked fresh fruit from their live fruit trees. All of this is surrounded by the stunning views of the Gulf of America! We dealt directly with the booking agents, Bonnie and Rachel, and they were very informative and helpful in answering all of our questions. We can’t say enough about this oasis in the Florida Keys! We will definitely be back for another vacation soon!

Morton Manor on Grassy Key is absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views. All rooms in the main house and in each bungalow are accentuated with high end furniture, appliances, and decor. The kitchens are all equipped with every utensil as well as large and small appliances you would ever need. On our family vacation to Morton Manor we were delightfully entertained by the private chef who was recommended by the owner. It was quite the experience! So many things to do! The owner thought of everything. The property includes kayaks, stand up paddle boards, a pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, putting green, ping pong table, pickle ball and basketball courts, and various ring toss games. There are also many outdoor seating areas, as well as a “pick your own fruit” orchard. Don’t miss out on this fabulous vacation spot!

This vacation rental is beyond outstanding! The property itself is like your own private resort! Our large family( 10 adults, 8 children ages 1-12) enjoyed every aspect of this rental! The large main house, and the two bungalows gave everyone space but the layout of the main house and waterfront property provided hours and hours of activities including a large pool area, dock to swim, fish and snorkel, paddle boards, a kayak, putting greens, pickleball court, and numerous tiki huts to relax and enjoy time together. The kitchen was equipped with high-end appliances, and an abundance of every type of pots/ pans, dishes, appliances and glassware you could ever need! I cannot recommend this enough! If you are looking for that family vacation of a lifetime- book this now!
