The apartment was immaculately clean. There was a beautiful basket with treats and information on the area. The manual was clear and helpful. We made a couple full meals with the supplied kitchen ware. Very good experience.

Our key unfortunately came off our key ring. The site managers came quickly with a key and an extra in minimal time on Christmas Eve.

The property was nice. It had ample room for our whole family of 8. Three bathrooms made it quick and easy to get ready in the morning or after a day at the beach. Key Colony Beach was a small city off of Marathon that had lots of attractions and great places to eat.

The property was just like it was described in the pictures! The house was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you would need! It was easy to rent a boat and dock it. The pool was just the right temperature and well maintained! We will be back!!

We loved this place, we did a lot of fishing right off the dock, met some amazing people (residents and visitors), we visit this place every year.

I liked very much, the house is beautiful and clean, there is everything you need. Wi-Fi is not working in the first bedroom.

Condo was great! Location was great for our needs. The elevator came in handy for the elderly. Condo was very clean and had a great welcome basket. Everything was made easy.. Had no issues. Even the passes to the resort was easy. Resort was perfect.. Beach, lounge chairs, food, drinks.. Best way to spend tge day.. Thanks

The communication was clear and always accessible. I felt as though I knew were everything was, not only in the house, but on the island as well. The small touches of household items and travel essentials already in the house was such a wonderful touch of care.

Everything was perfect, honestly, my only caveat would be that it would have been nice to know that there was only bathrooms on the second floor. It wasn't a problem for my husband and I, but if there were elderly people staying there as well, it might be a bit of a challenge. Also, there was a bike tour coming through during our stay...we didn't know about it, and one evening the parking lot out front was cautioned taped off. This wasn't on the rental company, but it would have been nice if that was communicated, because we didn't know where on the property we were allowed to park, or if we were even allowed in the house for any reason. It wasn't until we found a maintenance guy on a cart that explained what was happening. (again, not the rental company fault - just sharing)

Beautiful waterside location with the opportunity to spot some incredible wildlife. The pool was perfect for cooling down in, the property was ample size for 5 of us and spotlessly clean. Loved the fact that beach towels were provided.

Amazing location! The dock is the coolest spot - I saw parrot fish, manatees, dolphins , etc. Its central to lots of great restaurants and beach spots. Had a lot of fun and would definitely come back! Thank you.

The property lived up to our expectations in every way. It is your own private oasis. Easily accommodated our large family. Bunk room/ double bedroom was great giving each of my older children their own bed. The house is better equipped for anything you might need than anywhere else we have stayed. The pool and the view were fabulous. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent overall. I will say we stopped to get our own pillows and the others in the group were thankful. Pool was clean, house had spices, and blenders, coffee pots, nothing lacking there. Responsiveness from the check in group was outstanding. I will say the that the bedrooms downstairs are connected to the upstairs only with outside stairs and the bathroom shared by the downstairs bedrooms was not very nice. In fact, pretty small considering the downstairs bedrooms are suppose to accommodate around 8 people.

Would definitely recommend this home for your stay in the Keys!!! Beautiful home and location was perfect for us! We spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the outdoor patio, pool and dock area. At times the canal was full of seagrass and the marsh odor was strong but with the changing of the tides the grass and odor came and went. But this is the island life and part of the package! Sombrero Beach is just a few blocks away and is a very beautiful beach and pet friendly. I do recommend bug spray for the no see ums! We will definitely stay here again!
