Description

A Cut Above is an updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beautifully decorated half duplex in desirable Key Colony Beach. Enjoy the tropical setting by the heated/chilled waterfall pool with a Tiki hut at the pool’s edge for shade. Pull your boat up to the 37-foot lighted dock after a day of fishing, and clean your catch on the lighted fish cleaning table. In the attached garage, you will find plenty of storage for all your fishing gear, along with a bait freezer. The canal features an underwater fish light, allowing you to view an array of fish at night and various marine life, such as manatees, rays, and jellyfish, during the day.

Please note: Cabana Club membership will be available only through February 2025 and will no longer be an amenity thereafter.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with an en suite bathroom, complete with double sinks and a shower-tub combo. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed, while the second guest bedroom offers a king bed. The guest bathroom also features a shower-tub combo. The dining room table comfortably seats 8 people, and the breakfast bar includes seating for 4.

There are smart TVs throughout the house with no hard cable; guests can log into their own streaming services.

Please note that this property is not handicap accessible and is not suitable for young children. The garage is for storage only. No RVs or motor homes are permitted. The property can accommodate up to 3 vehicles if no trailers are included. If bringing a trailer, the property can hold 1 trailer and up to 2 vehicles. Optional trailer storage is available through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week, located on 8th Street. The City of Key Colony Beach permits only one trailer at a rental property.

Amenities include TVs (streaming only), WiFi, dockage, bait freezer, private pool, linens provided, gas grill, lounge chairs, and so much more!

We kindly ask that you respect our smoke-free policy, which applies both indoors and outdoors, to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be applied, along with the cost of restoring the property to its original smoke-free condition. This may include refreshing upholstery, carpets, and air filters. Thank you for helping us maintain a healthy and welcoming space for everyone!

Have a large group and need another house? Check out Tropical Breezes, Island Time, Mermaid Magic and Latitude Adjustment. These are all on the same street and walking distance to each other. 

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only. 

This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

The property suited our needs perfectly. My brothers and I travel to the Keys every year to hunt for lobsters and have been staying at this location several times. The only time we have not was when it was not available. It's located on a qiuet canal with friendly neighbors and ease of access to the gas dock, Atlantic or the Gulf waters.
