SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY
This two bedroom two bath half duplex is recently remodeled and updated with brand new everything! The kitchen & living room have an open floor plan with hurricane impact windows that allow you to see down the canal. In the living room there is a flat screen TV plus a Bose sound system and the couch has a king pull out bed. The master bedroom features a king bed with en suite bathroom that is updated and has both a regular shower head and the rain shower head. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and the guest bathroom is updated and matches the master bathroom. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVS. Downstairs you will find the bait freezer, and extra fridge, plus the laundry room. There is plenty of downstairs storage for all of your boating toys! Fish cleaning table and both water and electric at the dock.
Max boat length at the dock is 35ft
Amenities: wifi, TV, bose sound system, bait freezer, extra fridge freezer, washer & dryer, fish cleaning station, king sleeper sofa.

The property can hold up to 4 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer then depending on size, 2-3 vechiles & one trailer will fit. NO RVS OR MOTORHOMES.
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.
This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

What I look for is easy. This was easy. Everything was as it should be with no issues.

This property is Amazing. It is actually better than pictured as there were new amenities (huge flat screen by the pool), outdoor shower by the pool, manatees came to visit, there were underwater lights in the canal to see the fish.
Inside is very nicely renovated and appointed. The bathrooms with rain showers were wonderful.
Also, in addition to being on the canal, the house was on the edge of a large body of water with great long distance views.
Oh, and the rear facing northern exposure was perfect. Lots of evening shade at the pool.

Bonnie was super sweet & easy to work with. She answered any questions immediately. She was readily available if needed. I would definitely rent this property or another one she handles because I truly trust her. Renting sight unseen is scary but Bonnie can put your mind at ease and those worries aside.

Reel Paradise is just that !!!!! The location is truly in the heart of everything in Marathon from amazing restaurants, to fishing, snorkeling, and Sombrero Beach! The house is located on the canal with the most amazing view. The place is super clean, decorated perfectly and the use of space is incredibly done. The new pool is an added bonus, with tons of outside furniture and a huge TV. The inside showers are awesome and the beds are super comfortable. This place exceeded are expectations and we cant wait to come back again.
