Shangri-La, Grand upscale beautiful home in the quiet Marathon Florida Keys neighborhood. The welcoming courtyard leads you into the main level with a fully equipped kitchen that includes an ice maker, separate grill, and full-sized washer and dryer. Sitting for 8 at the large dining table as well as a breakfast bar. The first level master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bath, and dressing area. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a view of the heated pool and the Gulf of Mexico; right next to the bedroom, you have a bathroom with a shower/tub.
The second level is a large family room with a wet bar, refrigerator, TV, card/poker table, and its own balcony with a view of the bay and pool. This room includes a queen-size sofa bed.
The absolute Highlight is on the third level which contains the master suite with a California king-size bed, sitting area with TV, a jetted tub with its private balcony overlooking the Gulf, a large shower, dressing table, and walk-in closet.
Lighted pool area with automatic mosquito control. Outside bait freezer convenient to the dock. Fish cleaning table with water and power.
Enjoy catching yellowtail, red snapper, or grouper right of the 50’ usable Dockage.
Certified divers will enjoy the drop-off just five miles out, where the 20-30-foot reefs transition to 60+ feet, and sea life changes.

Quality Control Staff will be checking the property the day of arrival to ensure your check-in experience is memorable.

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved PRIOR to booking - dogs under 60lbs only. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $300 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.

The members of your team were very helpful and attentive to all of our needs. I just wish they would continue to communicate with you on the morning of check out. they did respond when we sent out check out time but did not respond after. I am assuming it was because we were checking out.

This property is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was as we hoped it would be. Our family had plenty of room. The bedrooms were nice. My only wish is that one of the bedrooms have a closet and a more functioning dresser. But we made it work. The views were amazing and the Pool was perfect. We even got to meet the pool people. She was so nice. The boys fished everyday and night and it was very easy to and from the property. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We had a wonderful stay in the spacious, beautiful home. Everyone was helpful and friendly with regards to any maintenance or property questions.

We brought our entire family for the Christmas holiday and had a wonderful time. This home is spacious and has everything you need to have great family vacation. Would recommend for families of all ages and we had 8 people and never felt cramped. The kitchen table is the best for eating and we played lots of card games!
