This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home sleeps 10. HVAC system has been upgraded with a Fresh-Aire Ultraviolet UV-C air filtration lamp to inactivate viruses and bacteria. The main floor boasts two large king bedrooms, including a master with full master bath, full guest bath, spacious living and dining rooms, and kitchen featuring full-wall, slide-open patio doors to a screened-in, wrap-around porch, canal views and breathtaking sunsets.

Walk-in to the roomy entrance on the lower level, with two bedrooms (one queen, one with two twin beds), bathroom with shower, laundry room and quick access to the backyard.

Additional amenities and features include: 200 Mbps internet capable of handling remote work and online learning, Xfinity, Roku and Netflix streaming available on four TVs throughout the property, two kayaks, covered parking, Keurig, updated kitchen appliances, basic dinnerware, bakeware, cookware, small appliances, washer, dryer, luggage racks, laundry baskets, linens, beach towels, outdoor refrigerator, bait freezer and grill.

The property can hold up to 4 vehicles & one trailer parking - only one trailer allowed on property. No rvs or motorhomes.  Trailer storage through Key Colony Beach is located on 8th street and is $100 per week. 

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for tailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. Per City of Key Colony Beach rules – only one trailer allowed on site – any others MUST be stored at their trailer storage lot for $100 per week.


This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

Check-in is  4 pm on day of arrival. 

Check out is 10 am on the day of departure. 

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
