Upstairs, the grandeur continues with a spacious master suite featuring a 32" flat screen TV, a sumptuous king-size bed, and a lavish ensuite bath. Two sets of sliders open onto a generously sized patio, where you can soak in the mesmerizing Gulf vistas. The second bedroom offers another king-size bed and a 32" flat screen TV, with a well-appointed hall bath serving as the guest bedroom's bathroom.
Quick, easy access to Vaca Cut if you want to fish the oceanside. Public boat ramp very close by. Dockage is first come first serve. There is a large heated/chilled pool, hi speed internet, washer/dryer, central heat and air.
Please note - there are no outlets for electric car chargers - you will not be able to charge your car on site.
Dockage available on first come first serve basis. All vehicles and trailers must fit under the assigned parking spot. Spots are about 8ft high and 40ft long. There is no on-site storage for trailers or vehicles. No rvs or motorhomes
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows one boat & one trailer only.
This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

Rachel was awesome. She had patience for even the silliest of my questions. She had suggestions and put me at ease with her answers about the stores and restaurants in the area. She is very knowledgeable. Both women were excellent in the handling of our trip. We are telling everyone about it. Some friends on facebook are already asking me for the contact information.

Very nice property. Very nice unit. Lots of wonderful things to do in the area and within short drives either direction. Such amazing blue water. We got to see turtles and a pod of 8 manatee swimming by the docks and around the waters of the property. AMAZING! There were also pretty parrot fish and colorful iguanas. Everything you could need was right there at your fingertips. No frying fish in the unit, but there are lots of reasonable places to go to have your fishing catch cooked for you! A family trip we will never forget. Wouldn't change a thing, except maybe making it longer! :)

Cozy castaway was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The master suite has incredible views. Very nice community pool. Beach chairs, cooler and water noodles included. Close walking distance to good restaurants (Island Fish Co and Sparky's). Perfect for 2 couples.

Bonnie and Rachel were very helpful. I accidently left a set of car keys in the condo after we checked out. I texted Bonnie from the airport and she told me the cleaning person found them and she is sending them to me.

My wife and I had a great vacation in this condo. It was already stocked with most of the things we needed like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. All we had to purchase was food. There were plenty of glasses, dishes, silverware, pots, and pans that were all high quality and in great shape. We had more than enough space and could have fit at least one more couple comfortably. The views and sunrises were incredible. Location was close to grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to a family member or friend.

Just as advertised! Very nice, spacious property & lovely location. Our master bedroom faced the water, & we enjoyed beautiful sunrises each morning. Nice balcony with large glass sliding doors to enjoy the view. Very quiet; we never heard any noise from neighbors. AC worked great. The basket of goodies & essentials is a really nice touch! We also really liked having a washer/dryer in the condo; we used it almost everyday. Condo smelled a bit musty at times, but probably due to the high humidity & not the owners' fault. Sea grass smell was not an issue for us at all. Lots of neat lizards running around property. Hard to find property at first, but once you figure it out, it's easy. Shops, restaurants & grocery store all in a few minutes drive. We visited all the Keys and we think Marathon is the best! We hope to return in the future!

Great great time! Condo was clean, comfortable and roomy - and WHAT A VIEW! We even saw dolphins one morning from the deck. Burdines & Key Fisheries for lunches and Pigeon Key is a fun tour. Coco Plum Beach is a nice small, natural, and good beach. In Islamorada: Florida Keys Brew and the Morada Art & Robbies
