This Spacious, Comfortable Condo is fully furnished and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining area, a full kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, central heat/airconditioning and a private balcony. You will enjoy the great corner view of the ocean while sitting on the balcony. All linens and towels are provided, as well as a starter kit of toiletries. The Condo provides cable TV in the living room and Master as well as internet access for no extra charge. The Condo is privately owned but is located within the Casa Clara Condominiums in Key Colony Beach. All resorts amenities are included with this rental, from the pool overlooking the ocean to the pier that seems to take you far within the sea for those quiet romantic strolls or taking in the fresh air to get away from it all.
Please Note:
Max Occupancy at any time can not be surpassed (4 people at any given time) NO subletting no employee housing
Please follow all rules and regulations, as we would have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.
Noise Ordinance from 9pm to 9 am (Quite Time)

You Must Follow all Casa Clara Condominium Rules.
These Rules are in the Condo for you to Read you will also be receiving a pdf with them as well.
You Must Check in with the Casa Clara Condo Manager in the Pelican Room.
Resort Manager's Office Hours are from 9-5 pm Mon. thru. Fri.
All overnight Vehicles must have a visitor's parking pass.
The pass will be provided once you check-in and sign the Registration Book.
We will be emailing the Condo Manager your name and Form that we will provide to you after booking.
Access to the Condo is after 4 pm on the day of arrival You must Register Before 5 pm at the Condo Office
Check out is 10 am Sharp on the day of departure
Noise Ordinance from 9pm to 9 am (Quite Time)
Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter kit of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests will need to provide ongoing supplies for their stay.
