House is centrally located in Tavernier and a short boat ride to Tavernier Creek. Tavernier Creek is a gateway to fishing, full marina and restaurants. Additionally it serves as the passthrough to the bayside and a myriad of waterfront restaurants and marinas. Tarvenier offers some of the best snorkeling and diving offered in the Florida Keys, such as Alligator Reef, Fowey Rocks and Mosquito Bay just to name a few.
This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath home is decorated in a Coastal theme, with a big deck off the back to use as your outdoor living space. Spacious open concept living areas. Outdoor deck is complete with Grill, extra refrigerator, dining table and chairs, and outdoor lounge. Read a book and have a drink and bask in the winter sunsets. The back of the house faces west for those sepctacular sunsets that light up the sky.

Close to Harry Harris park for boat launch, or to just enjoy the day at the beach at no extra cost. Harry Harris Park offers barbecue areas, public restrooms, and playground area for small children.
Boat launch is $30 on weekends, however, it is included with proof of property lease.

There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
