This updated home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, large flat screen tv in the living room and gorgeous water views. The living room has tons of natural lighting with the large impact windows that overlook the canal. Plus, there is a screened porch great for a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening.

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed (twin on top with full on bottom plus twin trundle) and the second guest bedroom has a full-size bed. A second full bathroom in the hallway. 

The home is on a deep-water canal with Ocean Access. You can also access the Gulf of Mexico by way of the Seven Mile Bridge. The home is just a short boat ride from the famous Sombrero Reef, where you will find the best snorkeling and scuba diving! You can also rent kayaks or paddle boards to explore the canals around the home.

**Boat lift is NOT for guest use & trailer on site at all times belongs to owner

**Parking is limited, please verify vehicles & trailers before arrival

This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
