Coastal Key 3 bed 2 bath with pool kayaks, bikes, paddlebooards and dock

I appreciated the information that was included with the check in email and in the book

The amenities, bikes, boats, pool and beach equipment, was excellent. The house was very clean. Location was excellent. If we come back to Marathon, we will stay here again. We own a rental in Kentucky and this was very well managed.

Kristen was very responsive and helpful. Our vacation was fun and relaxing.

The property was exactly as stated. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We loved hanging out by the pool with the hammock and lounge chairs and then drinks in the evening on the porch. Recommendations would be to provide glasses for indoor dinner use that dont need to be hand washed.

We had an amazing stay at Costal Key! Home was very clean & beautiful. Also very close to beach, restaurants, grocery store. Loved using the bikes, kayaks, paddle boards. Our family thoroughly enjoyed everything about our 12 days there.

Coastal Key was perfect for our family Keys vacation. The home was modern, clean and had everything we needed, including kitchen appliances, towels and bikes. The dock was perfect for our rental boat; complete with cleaning station and lights. Pool was perfect, clean and the right temperature. Bikes and kayaks made it easy for quick trips and fun. Our trip was exactly what we needed!

This house was perfect for us! The owners thought of every little detail and our family of 5 was so comfortable. The space is gorgeous, the pool area feels like a little resort and the access to everything made it all so easy for day trips, the beach and meals out. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our reservation from our original rental company had to be switched. Overall things went well but it was the first rental of this property by this team. Just a couple of hiccups.

It was a beautifully appointed and maintained property. Loved it! Only thing we didnt realize is that the road behind the home is very heavily traveled. A bit noisy but still great. Everything was so convenient.

We picked this house so we would have everything in one place for our stay during Covid (pool, kayaks, bikes, paddle board), and it did not disappoint. The house is lovely and had everything we could possibly need for a week of fun in the sun. The one thing I was not expecting was the lack of privacy. When neighbors are outside, you can see and HEAR absolutely everything from their conversations to their music, which in turns means they can see and HEAR everything from you. The neighbors have a direct view into your pool area from their balcony's. BUT, it is way more private than a public beach or a public pool at a resort or hotel or complex. The abundance of lounge chairs was wonderful and my teens consistently fought over the hammock. My husband thoroughly enjoyed watching football Bowl season on the outside TV. We requested the pool to be heated during our post-Christmas stay and it was PERFECT! I highly recommend you do the same if you plan to travel during the "cool" season. We put the kayaks in from the dock twice, although no easy feat. We kayaked to Sombrero beach & back (about 3 1/2 miles round trip). We did see several manatees and lots of iguanas! There are PLENTY of beach towels (like 10-12!) on site for your use, so no need to pack any. That was a huge bonus! The master bed has a big, soft mattress topper and we had no complaints. Our 2 teens stayed in the other rooms and never complained about their beds, so I'm assuming those beds were great as well. Now - some info for any travelers heading to Coastal Key soon: 1) There is a KEURIG coffee make and a regular one. Bring whichever coffee supplies you need. 2) The pantry is WONDERFULLY WELL stocked with basic spices, oils, vinegars, foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, and more. 3) There are several soft-sided coolers in one of the guest room closets. Leave yours at home. There is also 1 beach chair. 4) There is a crockpot and a big variety of other pots/pans. I cannot stress enough how wonderfully stocked this home is. You will only need to bring your own food/drinks....and a swimsuit, a good book & flip flops!

House is perfect! Fully stocked with everything you need. Clean, spacious, and comfy with a great location! Nice wide deep canal, pool is chilled and is so refreshing with a great outdoor set-up. The property manager is very responsive and helpful, great experience, highly recommend!

Mother/Daughters/Granddaughter Holiday. The home is immaculate, beautifully decorated and conveniently located to markets, restaurants and places to visit throughout the Keys. I have been to the Keys before and stayed in private homes - this one surpassed the others by far!!

The property was just like it was described in the pictures! The house was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you would need! It was easy to rent a boat and dock it. The pool was just the right temperature and well maintained! We will be back!!
