Enjoy life at Serenity with unobstructed views of the Vaca Cut from this amazing home! Located on the ocean side, it’s the perfect place to create memories on your vacation. It comfortably sleeps 12 and was extensively renovated and refurbished in 2022. Enjoy bike rides, breathtaking sunsets, dolphin watching, fishing, kayaking, lounging in the hammock under the coconut palms, paddle boarding, swimming, manatees, walking, and much more! The seawall offers a fish cleaning table with running water and gas grill. 110’+ long with deep water protected dockage where you can fish or dock your boat and jet skis. The pool deck has a covered patio with a bait freezer, commercial ice maker, and mini beverage fridge. The outdoor pool is 16’ by 30’ with an 8’ deep end, and can be heated for an additional $200 per week.
This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom property has plenty of room for everyone. The main house has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, additional hot and cold water outdoor shower, ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, floor to ceiling windows for plenty of natural light, and a covered lanai with ceiling fan for hosting outdoor meals. The living room has ample seating with books, cards, games, toys, and a large flatscreen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed with a desk, en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, large flatscreen TV, mini split AC unit, and a private sitting area. The twin bunk bed bedroom (no TV) has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The garden bedroom has a king bed, new sliding doors, flat screen TV, a shared hallway bathroom, and a shower-tub combo. The flamingo bedroom has a queen bed with a flatscreen Roku TV, and shares a hallway bathroom with the garden bedroom. The spacious guest house has a king bed, new sliding doors with easy access to the pool deck, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, flatscreen TV, mini split ac unit, sitting area, 2 twin air mattresses, 2 full size washers/dryers, a coffee maker, and mini fridge. All TV’s have Chromecast with access to YouTube TV (included) and streaming services. Included with your rental is central air, four bikes and helmets (two recumbent and two regular), high speed wireless internet, a stand-up paddle board, two 2 person kayaks, graco pack and play (bring your own sheet), Ikea Antilop high chair, infant 3D mini convenience stroller, USB outlets for charging devices, and an air compressor for blowing up bike tires, pool floats, and the twin air mattresses.
There is enough parking for up to 4-5 vehicles depending on size if no trailer, if brining trailer up to 3 vehciles depending on size and 1 trailer. NO RVS OR MOTOR HOMES.
POOL HEAT IS AN ADDITIONAL $200 PER WEEK
Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property can hold more than 1 boat at the dock but there is not enough parking for more than 1 trailer. There is a fee for more than 1 boat.
Please note that some properties will have boat lifts at the docks. Some homes will have boats on the lifts where others will be empty. BOAT LIFTS ARE NOT FOR GUEST USE. If you are found to have touched the lift you will be charged a fine up to $300.
This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
