Dockage is available for boats up to 25 ft.
This home features a sandy beach backyard, kayaks, gas grill, private swimming pool, and room for one boat on this dock. This choice location is centrally located in the heart of the Florida Keys in a family friendly community called Marathon. The location on 121st Street, Gulf side, just past Mile Marker 54.
This property is stylishly decorated with modern furnishings and complete with tile flooring throughout. Enjoy the exceptional views from the dining areas, or escape to the sandy beach through the master bedroom’s patio doors. There are TV’s in every room.
Enjoy Ground floor access to this home. Living room and dining and kitchen all open concept. Split bedrooms, with two bedrooms on the right side of the living room, and the other two are on the left.
Sunsets are free!
Pool heat included.
7 night minimum Per the city of Marathon's rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2. No exceptions.
You must be 25 or older to rent. (25 year old must be present during entire stay)
This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
