Gone Coastal is a fully furnished 3bed/2bath single family home with a private pool, brand new furniture and linens, right in the heart of Marathon.
The home features an open floor plan for the living, dining & kitchen. There is a flat screen TV in the living room with comfortable seating and a beautiful sectional couch with wood coffee table. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, drinkware, cooking utensils, etc. The dining table with hold six comfortably. The master bedroom features a king bed with an en suite bathroom and a TV. The guest bedrooms have queen beds & TVs. Both the master & guest bathroom have showers. Guest bathroom is located in the hallway. The laundry is located in the hallway. The screened porch overlooks the street and has two polywood bar height chairs with bar table between them on one side, and on the other side, are two polywood Adirondack chairs plus an ottoman.
Downstairs under the house is a private fenced off area, is a bar with 4 polywood bar stools, a couch,Adirondack chairs, and a picnic table on left side of property with a propane grill. Up on the pool deck, are two more chairs with small table between them for additional seating while watching kids swim. This property has great outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining family or friends.
Bonus amenities: house has a filtered water system! Bait freezer too!
There is room for 3-4 vehicles (depending on size) if there is no trailer. If bringing a boat and leaving it on the trailer, then you can fit 3 vehicles and 1 trailer.
This property does not have any dockage. You may have your boat on a trailer at the property and launch it daily at the public ramps.
This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
*There is no smoking of any kind permitted on property
*There are exterior cameras on property for your safety & the owners safety
***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or Vrbo, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon.

It was great house. Plenty of room for the three of us and the pool was clean. We liked the added space under the house to relax and stay out of the sun for awhile. Pretty convenient to everything in Marathon and the surrounding keys.

Our stay was wonderful and had everything we needed there! Very clean and cute decor. The home was centrally located in the Keys which made traveling to each and every Key quick and did not take the whole day. Grocery store ws a couple blocks away, very convenient. Sombrero beach was a very sort drive away...we loved that beach, large and well kept. Enjoyed the screened in deck and the pool looked great...just too cold while we were there to use it. Would highly recommend for a visit to the Keys!! We would definitely stay again.

Recommended to anyone interested in this property. We were in 6 including 1 infant and 1 toddler. We all enjoyed everything provided in this property including the large porch, swimming pool and grill. Close to many stores, restaurants, beach and parks. Quick response from host.
