The boating access to the Ocean is quick and you can dock at Sparkeys for a bite to eat, or have them cook your catch. Cabana Club Membership is included, which is a Beach and Pool in a private Club on Key Colony Beach.
This adorable 2 bedroom 2 bath home is ground level, with a HUGE screened in porch and grilling area. Modern kitchen and open concept living areas. Open water views from these living areas. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds and utizes the hall way bath. The master suite has a queen size bed and a private ensuite bath. Washer and Dryer is off of the master bedroom bath.
A great walking community, and close to the Cabana Club.
Trailers must be stored at the Key Colony Beach Trailer storage area. There is a daily fee.
There are exterior cameras on the front and back of this property for security.
You must be 25 or older to rent. (25 year old must be present during entire stay)
7 night minimum, NO EXCEPTIONS
Max Occupancy: 4 (NO MATTER THE AGE) Per the city of Key Colony Beach rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2. NO EXCEPTIONS.
