VACA-23-22
Vaca Cove is a private oasis compromised of 7 stilted homes facing Shelter Bay, with direct Ocean and Gulf access. Each unit has assigned 35’ of deep water dockage with electricity and water on the dock (ONE boat per unit only). Our guests will have access to a shared resort size in-ground Saltwater pool (pool is professionally cleaned 3 times a week and has safe chlorinated water), lounge chairs, and a large tiki around the pool area. Under each home, you have a private spa, a gas grill, a bait freezer, and a picnic table. Every unit is 1,740 Sq. Ft., 4 bedroom, 3 bath, (bed sizes are 2 kings, 1 queen and 2 twins) open floor plan living area, large laundry, fully stocked kitchen, waterfront porches with Bonefish Bay views, high-speed wireless internet, 5 flat-screen TVs and covered parking for 2 vehicles and a boat trailer up to 37ft. (Vehicles and trailer must always stay under your unit)
The owners have spared no expense to make Vaca Cove a type of place families would want to stay. They have made sure that you have as many amenities as the large resorts, but the personalized feel of home.

We purchased property in January 2023 and appreciate your support of our small business. This email will provide you with info about condo and property.
As new owners, our goal is providing you with an updated, clean coastal retreat designed with your comfort in mind. To achieve this goal, we immediately purchased many new items to upgrade your stay at Endless Summer.
LIVING
The living room has 2 brand new sofas with power recliners on each end or 4 perfect spots to recline and enjoy water or tv views. Two brand new swivel side chairs finish out the seating arrangement for all 8 guests to enjoy lively discussions about vacation plans.
BALCONY
4 brand new bar height chairs allow you to soak up all the water views you can stand! On order is a brand new bar height table and 4 barstools to complete seating for 8. Until the new items arrives, there is an outdoor dining table and 6 chairs.
BEDROOMS
Each bed was just upgraded with a new gel foam mattress topper, new sleeping pillows and quilts. There is a ceiling fan & tv in each room as well. Extra pillows are in various bedrooms closets if you prefer a different type of bed pillow.
KITCHEN
4 new bar stools
Several new items were just purchased for the fully stocked kitchen:
Keurig (in addition to regular drip)- reminder to pack your favorite Keurig pods
2 saute pans
2 cookie sheets
knife block
cutting boards
12 stemless wineglasses
6 stemmed wineglass (plastic for outdoor use)
BATHROOMS
All new bath towels ordered.
DINING
A brand new dining room table, chairs and bench which seats 8.
BEACH
Brand new beach towels and 2 coolers were added to home.
Underneath the house is a private hot tub, gas grill and picnic table. Evenings in the hot tub are a relaxing way to end your day.

Noise Ordinance from 9pm to 9 am (Quite Time)
The home has a max occupancy of 8 people, no matter the age.
Home is not pet-friendly at any time. (you will be asked to leave or remove the animal from the property immediately)
One boat Trailer and two vehicles will be allowed per stay. (Trailer for a 37ft boat Max)( must stay under your unit )
ONE Boat per unit no matter the size
Kayaks on the property are first come first serve
Smoking is not allowed near, in, or under the carport of the home. ( if you must smoke please be mind full of other guests and do so on the picnic table near the kayak launch area)
Check-in is at 4 pm and access information is given 48 hours before arrival via text and email. (please provide your email address)
Quality Control Staff will be checking the property the day of arrival to ensure your check-in experience is memorable.
Towels and Linens are provided.
A starter kit of toiletries is provided only. (you must bring or buy for your entire stay)
***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or Vrbo, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon.
