Vaca Cove is a private oasis compromised of 7 stilted homes facing Shelter Bay, with direct Ocean and Gulf access. Each unit has assigned 40’ of deep water dockage with electricity and water on the dock. Our guests will have access to a shared resort size in-ground Saltwater pool (pool is professionally cleaned 3 times a week), lounge chairs, and a large tiki around the pool area. Under each home, you have a private spa, a gas grill, a bait freezer, and a picnic table. Every unit is 1,740 Sq. Ft., 4 bedroom, 3 bath, (bed sizes are 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 sofa bed and 2 twins) open floor plan living area, large laundry, fully stocked kitchen, waterfront porches with Bonefish Bay views, high-speed wireless internet, 5 flat-screen TVs and covered parking for 2 vehicles and a boat trailer up to 37ft. (Vehicles and trailer must always stay under your unit)
The owners have spared no expense to make Vaca Cove a type of place families would want to stay. They have made sure that you have as many amenities as the large resorts, but the personalized feel of home.

Home is not pet-friendly at any time. (you will be asked to leave or remove the animal from the property immediately)
One boat Trailer and two vehicles will be allowed per stay. (Trailer for a 37ft boat Max)( must stay under your unit )
Kayaks are first come first serve. shared Kayaks with all units.
Smoking is not allowed near, in, or under the carport of the home. ( if you must smoke please be mind full of other guests and do so on the picnic table near the kayak launch area)
Check-in is at 4 pm and access information is given 48 hours before arrival via text and email. (please provide your email address)
Quality Control Staff will be checking the property the day of arrival to ensure your check-in experience is memorable.

Jessenia was a breeze to work with, always answered promptly, and had any issues we encountered fixed promptly.

The pool and hot tub are wonderful. If I offered any improvement ideas it would be install pavers from the steps to the hot tubs so you don't have to use shoes. The kayaks were fun to use but the life jackets are very worn.

We've stayed in many vacation rentals and I have to say, Jessy was by far the most efficient, accurate and friendly agent I've ever had the pleasure to work with!

We rented 3 of the units for a total of 18 guests (ages 5 to 75). We were amazed at how clean everything was, we loved the temperature of the pool, how nicely the chemicals were balanced and the nice lounge chairs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchens were well stocked. The pier was in excellent shape with good cleats to tie off our boat. You just can't beat the Keys if you enjoy wildlife and we were all thrilled to see manatees, iguanas and plenty of beautiful birds. We enjoyed the kayaks, the hot tubs and the ample parking. We have already recommended Vaca Cove!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!
